Having our own CNC Router means we can design and produce your 3D sign quickly and cost effectively here in our Auckland workshop. There is no limitation to font style or shape, just about anything is possible. Maximum cutting depth is 50mm but we can fabricate deeper shapes by bending the sides and cutting a top which is then fixed to the sides giving the impression of a solid. (There are some limitations to this in terms of minimum size) We can cut acrylic, ACM, plywood, polystyrene, signex, corflute and cardboard as well as vinyl and adhesive media including kiss cut shapes for labels and stickers.
