We have our own Elitron CNC machine and are able to complete cutting and milling jobs on-site with a quick turnaround.

ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) is the standard now for so many signage substrate requirements, particularly fascias. It can be grooved and cut to fold neatly, creating clean lines and square edges.

The various ACM manufacturers products all have their own points of difference so let us know and we’ll choose the best product for your specific need.

Colour isn’t an issue either. We can apply printed or precast vinyls or powder coat to your brand colour. We can cut to any shape too, from a simple A4 backing board to a fully enclosed cube, to ornate fonts. The only limit is your imagination, and size – we can’t go much smaller than about 50mm. If you need curved ACM we can do that too (although we do need to outsource that).

Our CNC machine allows us to cut acrylic from depths of 1 – 50mm, to nearly any shape, down to letter heights of approx 50mm. We can also mill out lettering and shapes within the cut area for items like awards and plaques. Edges can be polished to a glass like finish. Acrylic comes in clear, opaque, white, black or a limited range of primary colours.

Our CNC machine cuts out cardboard shapes for boxes or in store promotions (or whatever you want) without the need for die cutting. This means we can service clients with small run needs, where the cost of die cutting would be prohibitive.

The CNC Routers ability to cut corflute to any shape makes it a brilliant option for point of sale and in store promotion systems. Of course corflute also makes a great light weight but robust and weather resistant outdoor temporary sign solution. Add to that the benefit of adhesive vinyl or synthetic stock, it’s great value for money.

Plywood comes in a surprisingly wide range. From 5mm NZ pine used for cheap panelling to high density Scandinavian ply with excellent structural qualities often used for cabinetry and furniture. Either way, our CNC Router cuts and mills Ply and MDF with ease, again, no shape is a problem. Ply is produced to a maximum depth of 25mm but if you want deeper panels we can laminate two or more sheets together.

Minimum cut size is approx 50mm. Max length is 3 mtrs x 2 mtrs.
